The Courage to Walk Through the Darkness
Every day, I realize more and more that I’m going through a very particular phase—unique, powerful… and difficult.
A phase that can no longer be described lightly or with humor. Today, I feel the need to write something more reflective, because what I’m living deserves space, honest words, presence.
I’m in the midst of radical change.
The kind that doesn’t just touch small pieces of daily life, but shakes everything: who you are, what you want, what you have to let go of, and what you choose to become.
It feels like I’m experiencing a symbolic death.
Something inside me is collapsing—as if I’m being forced to release old habits, relationships, beliefs, illusions. And yes, it hurts.
It’s not easy. It’s uncomfortable. Sometimes it’s a quiet ache, other times a storm.
But deep down, I know: this is a time of transition.
It’s the darkness before the dawn, the frost before the bloom. It’s a painful but necessary crossing to reach something new, something more real, more mine.
And I also know that all of this pain—even if it seems pointless right now—will one day bear beautiful fruit.
I’m learning that some things cannot be avoided; they must be faced.
That to be truly reborn, you have to let go first. And that real beauty comes from here—from the moments when you fall apart but choose to rebuild anyway.
So yes, my heart feels tired today, but also full of hope.
Because if this is the time of endings, then I know that rebirth is not far away.
