Milano è sempre Milano: elegante, frenetica, rumorosa e bellissima.

✨ A Day in Milan ✨
Today we woke up at dawn (literally: Manuel and Alessandro were wide awake at 5:30 😅). So we decided to take advantage of it and head to Milan.
The result? A beautiful but super exhausting day. The kids held out until 9 p.m.… then collapsed like little stones!
Stepping into Piazza Duomo was truly emotional for me. I grew up in the province of Milan and lived there for seven years: I collected so many memories in that city, some incredibly sweet and others a bit harder to carry. Coming back after almost ten years gave me such a strange feeling—like time had flown by in a second, yet at the same time as if nothing had really changed.
Milan is always Milan: elegant, hectic, noisy, and beautiful. Between the ringing trams, the rushing crowd, and the majestic buildings standing tall, there’s that unique energy that grabs you and sweeps you away. A city that never stops, and that in its own way always makes you feel part of something bigger.
Now I’m back home completely exhausted, but with the feeling that I’ve left a little piece of my heart among the spires of the Duomo and the bustling streets. 💙
