A volte mi fermo

Non perché non sappia dove andare, ma perché sento il bisogno di ascoltarmi davvero.

Viviamo in un mondo che ci spinge sempre avanti: più veloci, più forti, più sicuri. Eppure ci sono giorni in cui l’unico vero atto di coraggio è rallentare. Guardarsi dentro senza giudizio. Accettare anche le parti scomode, quelle che non mostriamo nelle foto migliori.

Ho imparato che non tutte le risposte arrivano subito. Alcune maturano nel silenzio, altre nel caos. Alcune arrivano solo quando smetti di cercarle con ansia e inizi a fare spazio.

Essere sensibili non è una debolezza. Sentire troppo, pensare troppo, amare troppo… è solo un modo diverso di stare al mondo. Un modo che spesso stanca, ma che sa cogliere sfumature che altri non vedono.

Oggi non ho certezze da condividere. Solo una consapevolezza: va bene non essere sempre all’altezza delle aspettative. Va bene cambiare idea. Va bene fermarsi.

Perché a volte, è proprio nel fermarsi che si ritrova la direzione. 🌿

Sometimes I Pause

Sometimes I pause.

Not because I don’t know where I’m going, but because I feel the need to truly listen to myself.

We live in a world that constantly pushes us forward: faster, stronger, more confident. Yet there are days when the bravest thing we can do is slow down. Look inward without judgment. Accept even the uncomfortable parts, the ones we don’t show in our best photos.

I’ve learned that not all answers come right away. Some grow in silence, others in chaos. Some arrive only when you stop searching for them anxiously and start making space.

Being sensitive is not a weakness. Feeling too much, thinking too much, loving too much… it’s simply a different way of being in the world. A way that can be exhausting, but that allows you to see nuances others miss.

Today I don’t have certainties to share. Just one awareness: it’s okay not to always meet expectations. It’s okay to change your mind. It’s okay to pause.

Because sometimes, it’s in pausing that we find our direction. 🌿
